“The Cello”, limited edition print
from a “12 x 9” oil painting by Cinder LeDell
This has always been one of my favorite paintings.
I created it shortly after returning from Moscow.
The image of the woman —
absolutely lost in her music as she and others in
the Chamber Group played some achingly haunting pieces —
stuck in my mind as vividly as a photograph.
